In short, plain english, the important parts of the licence are:
-If you buy the licence, you can use it in as many commercial products as you want and get full tech support.
-Without the licence, you can use it for your own needs, ie you are not allowed to make commercial gain directly or indirectly from a product using EvoGUI without purchasing the licence.
-You can't resell or transfer the licence after purchasing it.
-You can't modify the system just a little and sell it as your own product.
-With or without the licence, you are obliged to share all modifications to the code with the Initial Developer, and if you want to share it with the community. The Initial Developer may use your code in his own commercial projects.
-You must mention EvoGUI in any commercial release, so people know what is what, and what they are purchasing with your product.
-Individuals and legal entities (companies) are treated the same way.

Purchasing via PayPal : Currently the preferred method of purchasing a licence is via PayPal. We also offer Wire-Transfer. For details about purchasing using Wire-Transfer send an email to. The price is currently $30 (US dollars) but may change if there are significant changes in exchange rates vs the Euro.

Note: Make sure to confirm your purchase by sending an email to including your paypal email/username, your own full name (or that of your company), and name of the commercial product(s) where EvoGUI will be regeistered if available. You should also indicate your preffered support email address, as you can only receive full support to one email at a given time. You can change your preferred email later if needed.
